It clarifies that Romney supported "age-appropriate" sex education in 1991 for a much older student, not the kindergartener that Obama would target. The issue is not so much having "age-appropriate" information but, rather, that a five-year-old was just too young for a government-mandated sex education program. From my perspective, Romney is just another politician. Why can't he stand by what got him elected Mass. Governor instead of doing what will please the far right? I am with you.
